Signing up is a relatively easy process, however configuring your system to function with teleradiology can be a little more difficult.  Many systems have incomplete information, including bad AETitles and Invalid or Blank Institution Names.

To sign up, you will need all of the following information:

• Your DICOM Institution Name (from tag 008,0080)
• Type of digital system you have, Manufacturer and Model
• A hospital email address
• Email address(s) for your doctor(s)
• Fax Number for your location
